AW was created in 2000 by Kris and Dom, (or “The Boys” – as many early clients called the team), with a shared vision to provide clients with personalized service and exceptional design. Both partners are designers and their passion for design becomes a tremendous asset to brand owners who want to explore the depths of their brand. One of the partners leads each project and both design on all initial design phases… giving clients two very experienced points of view.

Kristopher Weber
Kristopher Weber attended Carnegie Mellon University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design with extended studies in structural design. Prior to AW, Kris worked as design lead at several firms including Interbrand, Cornerstone and Landor NY. He led projects for companies such as M&M Mars, Bristol-Meyers and Xerox. Kris collects antiques and paintings by various classical artists. He enjoys free time with his family in Rhode-Island.

Dominick Alessandro
Dominick Alessandro graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Design and a minor in Photography. Prior to AW, Dominick was a Design Director at Landor NY, leading a team of designers on branding programs for clients such as Nestle, Pepsi and Proctor & Gamble. Dom is an avid hockey fan and lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.

Lorenzo is founder and owner of The Lorenzo Marini Group based in Milan Italy, the largest privately held advertising agency in Italy. Since its beginning in 1997, the agency has been awarded over 300 national and international awards, including the Golden Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival. AW has partnered with LMG to offer clients above-the-line advertising capabilities including TV, print and digital. The unique partnership offers LMG clients American practicality and execution while allowing AW to offer their clients European sensibilities and global perspective.
Julie Halpin Anderson
Julie Halpin Anderson is a strategic thought leader dedicated to helping clients identify growth, with market-tested techniques that identify untapped potential in existing brands, as well as those that chart a strategic course for innovation and new products. Julie was founder & CEO of The Gepetto Group as well as founder, Senior VP, General Manager of Saatchi & Saatchi’s Kid Connection. She currently works for a select group of clients as Next Step Strategy. Julie has collaborated with AW on projects for Chobani and Concord Foods.
Glenn Baptiste
Glenn Baptiste has held senior marketing positions at several top consumer brand companies including Senior Vice President and Head of Brand Management and Global Marketing at L’Oreal as well as other senior marketing positions at Unilever and Hasbro. Glenn now leads Bacchus World Wide, a brand strategy consultancy. Glenn partners with AW and uses his unique brand diamond exercise to help define brand positioning. The team has combined their design and strategy talents on several high-profile brands including Play-Doh, TRESemme, Bertolli, and Country Crock.
